Yalı Urban Renewal Project
The residential project consists of 14 two-bedroom apartments located on a parcel with frontage on two separate streets. A 380 m² basement level and enclosed parking area were incorporated into the project to meet the parking requirements of the building users.
Ground-floor apartments were designed with a gross area of 65 m², while the standard floor units provide 79 m² gross living spaces. During the planning process, efficient circulation, optimized interior organization, and continuity of natural daylight were prioritized as key design criteria.
The dual-frontage building configuration was developed to improve natural ventilation and daylight performance within the apartments. The façade design adopts a contemporary and balanced architectural language with a simplified material composition.
